Terms and Conditions
The duration of the package from start to finish is agreed between client and certified professional, where it is advised that this occurs within a maximum period of 6 weeks to experience the best results.
If the client needs to change a scheduled session, please let the certified professional know 24 hours in advance. If the client misses a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered completed.
Applicable to Starter Package+ : The client understands and agrees that coaching is not therapy, psychological counselling or social work, even though coaching work may address personal issues or life conditions that impact professional effectiveness.
