Terms and conditions

1. Identification of the Provider

This document regulates the use of consulting and coaching services offered by UNiqO Talent, Leadership & Development Ltda., registered at ST 3 Cancha Rayada, Alhué, Metropolitan Region, Chile, RUT 78.288.976-1, hereinafter referred to as “The Provider.”

2. Purpose

The services offered consist of advisory sessions, workshops, certifications, courses, and individual and group consulting and coaching sessions, aimed at the personal and professional development of clients.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

By contracting the services, the client declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. Contracting Conditions

  • Services are contracted through written, electronic, or verbal agreement confirmed by email.

  • Payment must be made as indicated in the commercial proposal or invoice.

  • Where applicable, prices include taxes in accordance with Chilean legislation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • The client may cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance at no cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

  • In the case of workshops, certifications, programs, or other services, specific policies previously communicated will apply.

6. Responsibility

  • The Provider undertakes to deliver services with the highest diligence and professionalism.

  • The results of coaching and consulting depend on the active participation of the client; therefore, no specific outcome is guaranteed.

  • The Provider is not responsible for decisions made by the client as a result of the sessions.

7. Protection of Personal Data

  • The Provider complies with Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life.

  • Personal data provided by the client will be used exclusively for the provision of contracted services.

  • The client may request modification or deletion of their data at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials delivered within the framework of the services (documents, presentations, methodologies) are the property of UNiqO Talent, Leadership & Development and may not be reproduced or distributed without express authorization.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice of the city of Santiago.

1. Scope of Services

The consulting and coaching services offered by UNiqO Talent, Leadership & Development Ltda. are aimed at the personal and professional development of clients. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

2. No Substitution for Treatments

Coaching and consulting do not replace medical treatments, psychological therapies, or professional interventions. If attention in these areas is required, the client must seek duly accredited professionals.

3. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for their own decisions and actions derived from consulting and coaching sessions. The Provider is not responsible for consequences arising from such decisions.

4. Limitation of Guarantees

The Provider does not guarantee specific results, as the success of coaching processes depends on the active participation and commitment of the client.
