Fernanda and Rocío believe in a world where everyone is valued for their unique gifts and talents, and can express them in harmony and in their own way.
Doing so, demands tremendous commitment, energy, and courage, as day-to-day demands and our contexts distract us from discovering them, owning them, and nurturing them to their full potential. Having experienced this struggle independently and together, Rocío and Fernanda decided to bring UNiqO Talent, Leadership & Development into life - a safe space for leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to reconnect to their talents, values, and dreams to create and live the lives they want, finance them, and positively impact their communities in the process.

Rocío is a creative and strategic marketing leader with over 15 years of experience building brands across the U.S. and Latin America. Her background spans global corporations, entrepreneurial ventures, and impact-driven projects, where she have led cross-functional teams and strategic partners to drive sales and strengthen brand equity through collaborative leadership and a people-centered approach.
